MID Devon District Council has reminded residents that camper vans should be stored elsewhere and not parked on council-owned car parks.

The council’s new neighbourhood officer, said: “Mid Devon District Council does not permit camper vans to be parked in our car parks at any time.

"We ask those who park on council land or live on our estates, including members of their household or visitors to their home, to not park commercial lorries, trailers, horseboxes, camper vans or caravans on council land except with prior written consent from us."
