THE gardening year has simply flown by, I do hope that you have managed to enjoy your garden as much as I have.

We enjoy eating the fresh produce from our allotment and our home is supplied with flowers. Part of the joy of being members of voluntary organisations such as the Garden Club and Boniface Allotments Association is being able to share ideas, information and surplus produce.

Our lovely allotment neighbour, Dave, delivered the last of his delicious grapes yesterday and we have enjoyed some grape juice at breakfast.

Crediton Garden club offers members and guests a warm welcome and an opportunity to get involved. If you are developing a new garden or just want fresh ideas for your existing plot please come along to one of our monthly gatherings.

Keith Badman will be transporting us into the world of warm and exotic glasshouses full of the colour, shape, form and texture of beautiful plants at our next meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 24 at 7.30pm.

We meet at the Meadow Suite, Lords Meadow Leisure Centre. Cost is £2.50 for visitors and free to members.

This will be our last open meeting of 2015, all are welcome to join us.
