HOW many new homes are planned for your community and where? Will these new homes be built on greenfield or brownfield land? How many will be genuinely affordable?
How many local roads and services will be affected? Will local schools, doctors’ surgeries etc be able to cope?
Will there need to be more infrastructure developments?
The answers to some of these questions will be found at a seminar being organised by CPRE Devon, the Campaign to Protect Rural England, entitled: “New Housing and The Greater Exeter Strategic Plan”.
It will be held at The Gipsy Hill Hotel, Pinhoe, Exeter between 10am and 12.30pm on Friday, January 19.
Guest speakers will include Rt Hon Sir Hugo Swire MP and George Marshall from the Greater Exeter Strategic Plan.
Admission will be free-of-charge and all are invited to attend. Refreshments will be available.
To reserve a place, please contact Penny Mills from CPRE Devon, telephone 01392 966737 or email: [email protected] .
