FRIENDS of Crediton Library (FoCL) presented a Circle of Spears Productions Murder Mystery Evening at Crediton Library on Friday, July 8.

A capacity audience paid £10 a ticket for a brilliant evening’s entertainment plus a drink and nibbles.

Refreshments were kindly provided by Baobob, Nessie’s Bistro, and the Friends of Crediton Library (including the "Courier").

Those attending had to use their powers of observation and reasoning to work out who killed the author at a book signing in the library.

Approximately £200 was made for FoCL funds, much of which will go towards supporting the planned summer programme for children. For more information about Circle of Spears, or FoCL, contact the Library.
