THE King's Coronation was celebrated with much merriment in Cheriton Fitzpaine. Villagers were able to watch the Service on the Big Screen in the morning, whilst enjoying scones and cream provided by the Parish Council.

They were also able to purchase commemorative mugs.
On the Sunday there was a Celebratory Communion Service in the Parish Church followed by a shared lunch in the street.
