CHRISTIANS Together in Crediton held its annual Procession of Witness on Good Friday, April 3.

More than 120 people took part in the annual tradition which it is believed started in 1977.
It began with a service at the St Boniface Roman Catholic Church before the procession walked through the town.

Volunteers carried a large wooden cross at the head of the procession which went to Crediton Parish Church, then Crediton Methodist Church, the Town Square, concluding at Crediton Congregational Church, hymns, readings and prayers at each stop.
