FOLLOWING the success of last year’s half-term Covid-safe "Morchard Bishop Safari Trail" which was featured on “Spotlight”, BBC Radio Devon as well as in national publications such as “The Week”, FOMBS (Friends of Morchard Bishop School) will be back in action with another half-term family friendly activity.
Morchard’s Superhero Trail will this year run from Saturday, October 23 to Saturday, October 30.
Francesca Eden, FOMBS Vice Chair, said: "The money raised will go towards the Friends of Morchard Bishop School’s big Garden Project which will bring the bottom of the school field to life with a sensory garden.
"Work has begun on the site but we need to raise funds to be able to get the job completed.
"Maps of the trail with questions to fill in will be available from Church Street Stores for £1 and completed maps handed back into the shop will be entered into a prize draw.
"With more than 20 villagers on board to display their favourite superhero - from comic books, movie screens and real life - this looks set to be a great success!
"We’re also delighted to have the support of local businesses, including Helmores, Diamond Estate Agents and Tucker’s Country Store who are all sponsoring the event."
