A Mid Devon drinking establishment has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Staple Cross Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at Staple Cross, Hockworthy, Devon was given the score after assessment on March 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Mid Devon's 91 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 77 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
