A LOVELY day was enjoyed to mark the 75th anniversary of VE Day by residents and staff at Kenwyn Residential Home in Crediton.

There were bacon sandwiches to start the day, followed by a delicious buffet for lunch and topped of with a Devon cream tea in the afternoon.

Grace and Trevor Hill of Lapford, said: "On behalf of all the relatives we would like to express our thanks for all the hard work the team at Kenwyn do for our loved ones."
