RICHARD and Rachel Risdon, and Proper Milk will be hosting a LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) guided Walk at Woodrow Barton, Brampford Speke (EX5 5DZ) on Sunday, June 27 starting at 10.30am or 10.40am.

They will be able to find out how the stock graze rotationally around the pasture, how the parlour works, where the cows live in the winter and about the silage they eat.

To finish, they will be able to watch a row of cows being milked on one side of the parlour.

This year visitors will need to book using the Open Farm Sunday booking system for Covid safety at: https://farmsunday.org/visit-a-farm .

Each family attending will receive a free litre of Proper Milk, so please take along a litre bottle to fill up.

The walk is anticipated to take a couple of hours, and will be across fields so please wear wellies or equivalent and be prepared for the weather of the day!
