HOW do we keep East and Mid Devon safe from crime and anti-social behaviour?
That is one of the questions that will be answered at the annual meeting of East and Mid Devon Community Safety Partnership, when it meets in April.
Members of the public are invited to the meeting to find out about the work going on across Mid Devon to help keep it a low crime area.
The conference will be held at Broadclyst's Victory Hall, beginning at 9.30am on Tuesday, April 3.
Throughout the morning there will be a series of short presentations from various organisations who are involved in tackling crime and anti-social behaviour in the community.
The Partnership includes the Police, District Councils, Fire Service, Probation, Health and Youth services.
In addition, several partner agencies will have displays at the event.
Julia Ryder, community safety officer for Mid Devon said: "For the last four years we have held very successful annual conferences.
"These give us the chance to tell the public about some of the things that take place throughout the year which help to keep East and Mid Devon safe places in which to live, work and visit".
Refreshments will be provided during the morning followed by a light lunch at the end of the event.
Please reserve your place at this free event, by either telephoning the Mid Devon Community Safety Office on 01884 234997 or by emailing: [email protected]">[email protected] .
