BROWNIES in Cheriton Fitzpaine are now able to meet again in the Parish Hall, which fortunately is large enough for them to "socially distance".

The girls were keen to celebrate Halloween, and their clever leaders managed to combine this with re-cycling.

The girls made candles with a "spider" entombed, and cardboard pumpkins with plastic milk-bottle bases.

There was a wide array of colourful costumes, and the girls greatly enjoyed the evening.
