‘Give way’ road markings worn away

CREDITON Town Council has reported to Devon County Council highways department the problem of the worn-out “give way” lines at the junction of Commercial Road and Marsh Lane.

<7 point>The lines are almost completely worn away and some motorists say it is a particular hazard.

Road priorities were altered at the junction upon the opening of the Crediton Link Road.

Prior to the opening of the link road the priority for motorists was along Commercial Road with the junction at Marsh Lane.
