MARY and David Nunn held a Garage Sale in Cheriton Fitzpaine in aid of the St John Eye Hospitals in Jerusalem and the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
They are in touch by email with the CEO of the Jerusalem Hospital.
Fortunately, the Hospital was closed for Eid, so the doctors were able to help with 25 casualties, of which seven required eye removal.
The doctors were forced to operate on some of the patients in general hospitals due to the severe nature and multiple injuries sustained by the casualties.
