CHERITON Fitzpaine Parish Hall held its first monthly market of 2020 on Saturday, January 11.

This enabled people to meet over a bacon bap and buy vegetables, artisan bread, cakes and crafts.

Siobhan Phillips and Holly Kingdon ran one stall which saw its proceeds going to St David’s Hill Playgroup - a charity-run venture based in Exeter, near the railway station, that takes two to five year-olds.
