A FUN day out for all the family is assured by the organisers of the 2018 South Molton Vintage Rally, which will take place at Combsland Cross, South Molton (EX36 3NW) on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3.

Around the rally site there will much to see with more than 300 vehicles and machines to admire ranging from a humble penny farthing bicycle to a trundling steam engine.

There will be a medley of stalls selling their wares and a craft and model marquee with a range of hand-made goods and interesting model exhibits.

There will also be children’s rides and amusements, face painting, the renowned delicious Hocking’s ice cream; plus a range of delicious food and drink including a licensed bar.

Each day there will be on-going arena parades of vehicles and the Barum Mowers will also be racing.

On Sunday there will be an opportunity to listen to South Molton Town Band.

The nominated charities that the club is supporting are the ChemoHero and the Devon Air Ambulance Trust, and, if all goes to plan, other local worthy causes will also benefit.

Those attending should follow the signs from Bish Mill Gate roundabout.
