A FREE treasure hunt, for all the family, is being organised around Crediton on Thursday, October 31.

The treasure hunt, entitled light:quest, is being organised by Churches Together in Crediton.

Families can join in at any time between 5.30pm and 8pm and the starting point is the bottom of Barnfield.

Those taking part are invited to complete the full five-station code-breaker and win prizes such as sweets, chocolates and glowsticks along the way.

Volunteers will be “hiding” in public places with tables as part of their stations, and will be identifiable by hi-viz and ID badges.
