Crediton Food Bank is suspending donations as it is full to capacity.

Run by “Christians Together in Crediton” the initiative provides emergency food for people in crisis.

The Food Bank is very grateful to all who have donated food, much of it through Harvest Festivals, and hope to resume donations before Christmas.

There is currently a low level of referral, but anyone who is in need of the Food Bank should contact one of the referral agencies: CAB, Work Club at Crediton Library, Newcombes and Chiddenbrook doctors surgeries, health visitors, school nurse, Crediton schools, the mental health team or Age Concern.

People in villages can contact their GP for referral to be arranged

Any money that is donated is used to buy fresh foods, as and when required.
