SANDFORD Heritage Group is to run its first HeritageTour on Wednesday, May 25.
The tour, conducted by members of the group, will explain the history behind some of the village buildings.
Starting at the Parish Hall car park at 7.15pm the tour will take one-and-a-half to two hours and the cost is £2. Numbers are limited so anyone interested in taking part is asked to reserve a space by calling either Richard on 01363 775571 or Jim on 01363 774101.
There will be a further opportunity to take the tour on Thursday, June 9.

Question sheets are on sale from Sandford Community Stores at a cost of £1 and the first, second and third prize winners will receive Sandford Shop vouchers for £15, £10 or £5.
Sheets have to be handed in by Saturday, June 11 and winners will be announced at the Big Lunch taking place at the Parish Hall on Sunday, June 12.
