CREDITON Children's centre held special "Clay and Play" workshops at Crediton Fire Station during the half term holiday.

The clay workshops were run by local clay artist Taja who helped the children to create some unique artwork for the centre.

Both children and adults were welcomed at the workshops and had great fun creating murals, sculptures and plaques with clay.

The clay will be fired by Taja and returned to the centre where a display will be set up.

The centre run drop in sessions as well as pre-bookable sessions and offer a range of activites including craft activities, baby signing and music sessions.

Fire tots a drop in session runs each Wednesday from 10pm to 12 noon and 1pm to 3pm.
