A VERY successful Open Day was held at St Boniface Vets in Exeter Road, on Saturday, May 13.

There was something for everyone including a hog roast, a raffle, games, face painting, a cake stall, meet the team, a quiz and an x-ray display.

Members of the public took in their own animals and reptiles for visitors to meet and hold.

Visitors were able to chat with owners Tony and Marie Kemmish, and the rest of the team, and ask questions.

Tony said: "What a great event.

"The feedback was fantastic throughout the day.

"It was such an amazing turnout, Marie and I really enjoyed having time to chat to everyone.

"We would also like to thank our staff team, for all their support prior to and during the Open Day itself."

Feedback from the public included: "Fantastic day real community spirit in action", "what a great day and a wonderful practice" and "all the staff at St Boniface are always so friendly and courteous, a credit to the practice."

The Crediton Pet Shop team said: "Huge thanks to St Boniface veterinary clinic for inviting us to their event. We took Chelsea the blue and gold macaw and a few crested geckos to spark a little interest from reptile lovers.

"All round an amazing day and we can’t thank St Boniface enough for their support. "Congratulations on a lovely event."
