The students have created an eye-catching display incorporating a massive fish, a wall of Royal Wedding tissue paper flowers and plenty of craft makes opportunities
Ollie Allen, Show Secretary, said: “It is fabulous! I’m blown away with their wonderful ideas. They really understood the brief and have put a lot of thought and creativity into the display which is really, really attractive. It definitely has the ‘wow’ factor!”
The BTEC Level 3 students were briefed by Emma Watson, Education Co-ordinator for the Devon County Agricultural Association and Caroline Wiscombe of Exeter College.
They designed the stand to highlight two aspects of this year’s event - the work of marine conservation charities in Devon and a huge Royal Wedding celebration.
Craft 4 Crafters Show visitors can buy tickets to the Devon County Show on May 17-19 – at 10 per cent off the usual advance sale price - and get crafty on the stand.
