THE Newton St Cyres Community Church Association has carried out considerable work to the north aisle to Newton St Cyres Parish Church to encourage increased use of the building.
This includes a new servery and disabled WC, together with a substantial exhibition space with excellent north light.
From Saturday, September 13 to Friday, October 3, an exhibition of photographs by the renowned James Ravilious, of rural life in Mid Devon from the 1970s to the 1990’s.
A chance to view the black and white images from this documentary photographer should not be missed.
Additionally, there will be contemporary photographs of farming around Newton St Cyres and surrounding villages taken by local farmers and residents.
The Church is usually open from 10am to 4pm.
