ST James' Church, Bondleigh present a talk by Roger Cleverdon entitled "My Life in Music" - From Devon Farm to Westminster Abbey - in the church from 7pm on Saturday, September 6.

Go along and enjoy learning about Roger's extraordinary career.

Roger, a farmer's son, became a Westminster Cathedral Chorister for 37 years and enjoyed a parallel freelance career as an organist, night club pianist, tea chest player, clarinettist and singer.

He has supported many well known artists and entertainers during recording sessions and TV productions.

The talk will be in aid of Devon Historic Churches Trust (with 50 per cent of funds raised returned to St James' Church).
