JOIN the critically-acclaimed Pantaloons Theatre Company as they put on a frantic disposition to tackle Shakespeare’s greatest tragedy “Hamlet” in their own anarchic style at Eggesford Lodge on Wednesday, August 27.

Those attending the open air theatre performance, from 6.30pm, can expect to see live music, audience interaction, brevity-boosting abridgements, comic turns and tragic twists.

Take a picnic and a bottle (and low seating if you wish). Alternatively, refreshments will be available.

The event is a fundraiser for the Friends of Eggesford All Saints Trust, FEAST, which rescued All Saints Church from closure in the 1990s, and continues to maintain and preserve the beautiful historic church overlooking the Taw valley.

Tickets are available on the door or online: Hamlet | The Plough Arts Centre .
