MARION Nosworthy welcomed everyone at the Easter Sunday Service held at Sandford Congregational Church, which was led by Pamela Tilney-Ellis.

Organist was Margaret Dockings and Nancy Heard sang a solo.

After the service, Marion presented Mandy Tothill with a bouquet and a birthday cake for her 50th birthday, with good wishes to get well soon for her forthcoming operation.

Marion said that their next film is on Monday, April 16, at 2pm in the Congregational Church Hall, and is the lovely story “Born Free”. All welcome and entry is free.

The March lunch raised £68 for church funds with the next one due to be held on Tuesday, April 24 at 12 noon.
