TAKE the Leap is a fully-funded six-week training programme from independent charity Devon Communities Together, that is designed to assist aspiring entrepreneurs who already have a fully formed business concept that they are preparing to launch.

The programme will guide participants through the practicalities and technicalities of how to build a business model around their idea and optimise their chances of success.

It will help people to gain greater clarity over their ideal customer and the main problems that they are solving, and it will provide some key marketing insights to help people effectively communicate the value that they offer.

It will also explore lean start-up strategies and how businesses can benefit from them.

On offer are six themed online workshops, each supported by 1-2-1 coaching.

• Tuesday, June 1 - 12 noon to 1.30pm - How do I ensure that my business plan succeeds?

• Tuesday, June 8 - 12 noon to 1.30pm - What do I need to know about marketing?

• Tuesday, June 15 - 12 noon to 1.30pm - What key problems am I solving?
