CREDITON Town Band is pleased to announce its programme giving details of appearances over the Christmas period.

On Saturday, December 3, the band will appear at Winkleigh Christmas Fair from 5pm.

On Sunday, December 11, the band will play at the Christingle Service at Crediton Parish Church.

Its Christmas Concert will take place at the Crediton Congregational church from 7pm on Thursday, December 15.

On Friday, December 16, the band will play carols at the Tom Cobley public house in Spreyton from 8pm.

On Saturday, December 17, the band will play carols around Crediton, from 10.30am.

On Sunday, December 18, the band will play carols at The Lamb Inn, Sandford, from 8pm.

On Tuesday, December 20, the band will play at the Farming Community Network evening from 7pm at Exeter Livestock Market.

On Friday, December 23, the band will play for Carols in the Square, in Crediton’s Town Square.

On Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24, the band will play carols around Crediton from 10.30am.

CHRISTMAS CONCERT

The Christmas Concert will take place at the Crediton Congregational church from 7pm on Thursday, December 15.

Tickets will be available at the door at £6.

The band is currently working very hard to put together a programme of music that should provide Christmas cheer to the community.

There will be a number of new pieces including several old favourites and a chance for the audience to join in with some carols.

The band is pleased to announce that the guests on the night will be the Crediton Singers who will be supporting what will be a wonderful evening of musical entertainment.
