CREDITON Town Square was a little busier than usual one day recently when members of the Exeter Cyclists’ Touring Club stopped on a break from cycling in the area.

Rod Brookes-Hocking, who took a photo of the cyclists, said: "It seems they love stopping in the town square because apparently it’s perfect for cyclists with plenty of space for a group to park their bikes and sit and chat safely with each other on the steps or at the picnic tables, plenty of café’s to get refreshments from, lots of lovely country lanes in and out of town, and they love the ambience of the square itself."
