AT A recent meeting of Crediton Trefoil Guild, members enjoyed a fascinating talk about the history and uses of reflexology from Penny Oldham, an experienced, registered reflexologist.

Members also learnt some simple hand reflexology techniques which they could practice on themselves at home. Everyone agreed, it was a very relaxing evening.

The Trefoil Guild is pleased to be able to hold their meetings in the Crediton Age Concern centre in Deep Lane where they make full use of the excellent facilities.

Meeting activities vary over the year, but always include a refreshment break for a catch up chat.
