CREDITON Town Band will play at a Memorial Charity Concert to be held in North Tawton Town Hall, tomorrow, Saturday, September 24.

It will also include the River City Chorus and is being held in memory of Jill Cripps, who sadly passed away on New Year’s Eve.

The concert will begin at 7.30pm and all proceeds will go to the charity, FORCE.

Tickets will be available at the door or from North Tawton Post Office.

The Band would welcome more people to join it and among the players it is particularly looking for is a percussionist.

Practice evenings are held on Wednesdays at Hayward’s Primary School at 7.30pm.
