THE next Crediton Repair Cafe, the second of 2024, will take place at the Elephant on the Green from 10am to 12 noon on Saturday, February 24.

Organised by Sustainable Crediton, there will be volunteers at the Repair Cafe to undertake sewing repairs and general repairs.

Electrical items cannot be accepted on this occasion.

A donation per item fixed is requested.

The January Repair Cafe also took place at the Elephant on the Green and was well attended.

Many items were repaired and a grinding stone was used to sharpen things like axes, billhook, shears, knives and small blades.

Volunteers are invited to help at the regular events.
