REFURBISHMENT work is coming together at Crediton Methodist Church with the new wide open space in the worship area taking shape, with redecoration, flooring, electrics and new fire alarm system.

Blinds and secondary glazing have been fitted to the windows, taking into consideration eco saving of energy in the large space.

A modern Audio Visual system will be installed in mid-July and we are eagerly awaiting new chairs, also expected in July.

The new toilet suite downstairs is almost ready to use which will be a relief in more ways than one for all our current users of the premises!

The impressive ramp for easy access is in the throws of being completed, groundworks are laying in the top soil ready for seeding, with only the handrails to be fixed.

The contractors are doing a fine job and accommodated everything we have discussed well.

The Church Council is looking forward to moving into the newly refurbished areas to get them ready for our worship and community work going forward.

We would be happy to have discussions with any community project that may feel they could use our premises in the future.

We shall be holding a Grand Opening weekend on Sept 14 and 15. Everyone will be welcome and more details will follow nearer the time.
