“WILD about Flowers” was the intriguing title of the demonstration by Tracey Johnson enjoyed by members of Crediton Flower Club at their July meeting.
As well as being a very skilled flower arranger Tracey is also an Arts and Crafts tutor and brought along many examples of her work to compliment the arrangements.
The first design really had “wild about” in mind, straight from the African jungle - Tracey had cleverly created a shield-like container covered with “leopard skin wallpaper”
and with the use of palms, peach gladioli and a beautiful focal point of locally sourced orange lilies the result gave a real sense of the plains of this particular country.
