LANDSCORE Stores, the grocers and convenience store at 14 St Lawrence Green in Crediton closed much to the disappointment of local residents and students from Queen Elizabeth’s School last weekend.

The school was a popular corner shop for essential items and newspapers, sweets, hot and cold food and drinks as well as many other items.

Prior to the closure, the owners declined to comment on the reasons for the pending closure but confirmed that the shop would stay open until much of the stock had been sold.
