DESPITE one or two heavy showers, representatives from Crediton Parish Church were delighted to welcome a steady stream of visitors to the recent Heritage Open Day on Saturday, September 13.

A number of searching questions were asked about the history of the building and its contents most of which we could fortunately answer and a couple of family history queries have been taken away for further research.

Tours of the parish church and the churchyard for individuals and small groups are available right through the year and can be booked by either using the “contact us” facility on the homepage of the parish church website: www.creditonparishchurch.org or leaving a message at the parish office on 01363 773226.
