THE annual Conker Challenge at Sampford Courtenay will be held in memory of the late Charlie Goundry, who used to organise the event every year for charity.

The event will be held at Sampford Courtenay Village Green on Saturday, October 29.

Registration will take place at 10.30am for an 11am start.

All conkers will be supplied - £1 entry fee on the day.

Go along, you’re never too old for a game of conkers and who knows you may be crowned Sampford Courtenay Conker Champion 2022 in memory of Charlie.
