A NUMBER of businesses in Crediton took part in The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday, September 30 to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support including Gilbert Stephens Solicitors, McMillan Williams Solicitors, Veitch Penny Solicitors, Tucker’s Country Stores and Ashton’s Coffee Lounge.

Macmillan say that there are now 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK and that by 2030 there will be four million.

One in three of us will get cancer, and it will be one of the toughest things we will ever have to face.

Macmillan’s aim is to make sure that no one faces cancer alone.

Medical. emotional and financial support is provided by Macmillan and they also campaign for better cancer care.

And because cancer affects more than just those facing it, Macmillan are there for friends and family too.
