A GROUP of older adults enjoyed Coffee and Company at Crediton Congregational Church on Thursday, February 3

Background music was provided by Denzel and Judith and those attending enjoyed tea or coffee and biscuits, served by regular helper, Sue.

The organiser, Irene, said: “It’s a social gathering and people can just sit and chat or they can do some colouring, dot-to-dot, word searches or a quiz.

“Some people bring something along such as their knitting.

“There are also games available such as playing cards and Tiddlywinks and Caroline (a helper) is happy to sit and chat to people if they wish."

Coffee and Company was previously held fortnightly but is now held every Thursday from 10am to 11.30am.

All older adults are welcome to go along and enjoy some company, meet up with friends, and even make some new ones.
