IF you are looking for beautiful gift ideas for loved ones this Christmas then the Christmas Craft Fair at Eggesford Garden Centre on Sunday, November 20, is an event not to miss.
With around 25 Devon-based artists and craftspeople selling everything from artisan jewellery and photographic prints through textiles to wood crafts, fused glass and Christmas decorations, you are sure to find something to tempt you.
The will be a relaxed shopping environment at Eggesford Gardens and there is plenty of free car parking.
“The Christmas Craft Fair has a lovely atmosphere” said Derrick Dyer, owner of Eggesford Garden Centre. “There is usually a nice festive buzz to the event and buying hand-made goods is very much on trend at the moment and it also supports the local economy as well.”
There are two more festive events at Eggesford Garden Centre – the Christmas Gift Fair is on Sunday, December 4 and the Christmas Fair is on Sunday, December 11.
Set in the beautiful Taw valley, Eggesford Garden Centre is a good destination for a day out.
The well-stocked garden centre has a great selection of Christmas gifts, not only for the gardener but the whole family too. Books, pocket money toys and novelties, clothing, gifts and confectionery to suit all tastes and budgets will all be available. Beautiful plants make a great present and there is a gift wrapping service available, too.
Eggesford Garden Centre also has a wide range of Christmas trees (real and artificial), decorations, lights, wrapping paper and cards – it’s a real one-stop shop!
To complete your trip you can enjoy a warming hot chocolate, refreshing snack or a delicious home-cooked lunch in The Gardens Restaurant.
For a more relaxed Christmas shopping experience why not visit Eggesford Gardens this year?
The fairs run from 11am to 4pm and entry is free.
