ON behalf of committee of Crediton FORCE I would like to say a big "thank you" to those who attended our pig racing event on Saturday, April 5.  

I am delighted to say that due to the generosity of those present and people who gave us donations, we raised just over £1,000 for the charity.  

Special thanks go to Bill and Linda Baker, who provided the pigs and ran the races, to Peter Howison who was a splendid MC and to Crediton Milling Company for sponsoring the races.

We are also grateful to Unity Lodge for the use of the Masonic Hall.  

A fun evening with a brilliant result, thank you so much to everyone involved.
