CAT (Chulmleigh Academy Trust) Preschools Lapford is delighted to announce that it has recently been inspected by Ofsted and was rated “Good” in all areas!

Comments included: “Staff skilfully plan and provide a very interesting outdoor curriculum, they make excellent use of the large conservation area” and “Staff work very effectively with the local school. They receive good-quality training to further improve their teaching. For example, following the introduction of a structured programme that boosts children’s progress in language and communication, children have made rapid progress in their speech development.”

To celebrate this good news, the Preschool will be holding an Open Day on May 17, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Parents are invited to go along and see the friendly, nurturing preschool for themselves. There will be lots of activities on offer so children can play while parents chat to staff.

From the beginning of June, CAT Preschools Lapford will be opening for an additional day each week: 9am - 3.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
