ICICLES, white fairy lights and snowflakes will be the Christmas theme at the New Inn Coleford this December making this quintessential country inn a really special destination for a get together with friends and family over the festive season.
The Inn’s Christmas party menu is proving a great success and some dates in December are already fully booked!
The menu includes lots of tasty treats like spicy duck filo parcels, beef and venison Bourguignon, individual Baileys tiramisu and also Christmas pudding ice cream, not to mention the traditional turkey and “figgy” pudding.
Meanwhile the New Year’s Eve party theme is “an alpine auberge” with everyone being asked to wear a winter scarf!
It promises to be an evening to remember with dishes like smoked air-dried ham platter, salmon tartiflette, pork schnitzel, Tyrolean trout, steak and frites, and strudels, brulees, and chocolate pots.
There will be poppers and balloons on the tables and, with a little bit of background beer fest music, a jolly evening is definitely in store!
All details will be found on the website www.thenewinncoleford.co.uk .
