A HIGH-END takeaway meal and drinks service will soon celebrate six months serving the Crediton area.
“Gastronomical To Go” opened its doors on Thursday, October 14, at 5pm and has not looked back since.
You can sample the ‘gastronomical’ experience from 5pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening in Crediton High Street.
Gastronomical, previously in operation for more than eight years in North London, is run by Masterchef finalist Chris Georgiou and his wife Melanie.
Originally the business operated as an eat in only burger and dessert restaurant and was the number one rated restaurant in the area on Trip Advisor, as reviewed by guests.
In Crediton the service operates as a takeaway service, hence the change in name to “Gastronomical To Go”.
In addition to burgers there are loaded chips and other options, side dishes, desserts and soft drinks are also available.
Chris told the “Courier”: We’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has visited Gastronomical so far and left amazing reviews for us on Facebook, Twitter and Trip Advisor.
“We’re working on our new menu which will include a few surprises as we expand the menu to include options for those not into burgers!
“We have vegetable and vegan options and every burger is available as gluten free.
“All our beef is produced locally by the Stephens family at Swannaton farm and supplied by our amazing local butchers Cox of Crediton.
“All our meat is high welfare, our chicken free range and we are proud to say that all our sauces, relishes and desserts are made by hand to ensure our food is healthier, fresher and full of flavour.
