BOW Garden & Aquatic Centre has recently opened a stunning new Waterside Café in an idyllic setting beside a large Koi pond, a newly built stream and a new pond.
The café offers fantastic food, created by two new chefs who have been busy planning a new menu to ensure that the food is as good as the new setting.
Whilst they have kept some of the old favourites they have also introduced some tasty new meals and treats which appear on the specials board.
"Fish ’n’ Chip Fridays" were recently launched and Sunday roasts are also proving popular.
There is ample seating in the Waterside Café and customers can choose to sit in the large airy indoor area, a relaxing decked area which overhangs the Koi pond, or along the front of the café.
A soft play area is provided inside the café for children under the age of four years to enjoy and wooden outdoor play towers are planned for older children.
Wheelchair access is provided and a covered walkway is currently under construction which will join the main shop to the Waterside Café. Well behaved dogs are welcome (except in the café).
The old café area in the main building will be converted to create more shop space and will include an entrance to the new café. There are also plans to enlarge the car park to cater for the increase in the number of customers visiting Bow Garden & Aquatic Centre.
