SMART new blue polo shirts have been given to Bow Young Farmers’ Club, thanks to generous local sponsorship.

The shirts had been bought thanks to K J Stoneman and Co, agricultural and garden machinery firm of Copplestone and the British Blue Cattle Society.

The shirts were worn for the first time at a regular evening meeting of the club at Down St Mary Village Hall when Jason Heard of Stonemasons and Andrew Haste of the British Blue Society went along.

Andrew farms near Shebbear with prize winning British Blues. He is on the national council and a member of the South West Club. Bow YFC Club member, Ellie Dunn, from North Tawton helps with her family’s Barton Blue cattle.
