CREDITON Community Bookshop is delighted to be hosting Raynor Winn, author of "The Salt Path" - "Sunday Times" Top 10 Bestseller and shortlisted for the 2018 Costa Biography Award and Wainwright Book Prize, on Monday, February 11 at 7.30pm.
Just days after Raynor learns that Moth, her husband of 32 years, receives a terminal diagnosis, their home is taken away and they lose their livelihood.
Since travelling the South West Coastal Path, Raynor Winn has become a regular long-distance walker and writes about nature, homelessness and wild camping. She lives in Cornwall.
"The Salt Path" is her first book.
Tickets are £4, available from the shop and online. There will be a donation bar by Crediton’s independent wine merchant, Grape and Grain.
