ARTIST Jenny Cave held her fourth Art Exhibition in Cheriton Fitzpaine, this time in aid of the Methodist Church Roof Appeal.

Jenny studies at the West of England Academy, and moved to Devon in 1979 with her husband.

Her paintings and etchings cover a wide range of subjects, from Italy, where she lived and worked for a while, to the USA and Dartmoor. The Exhibition, over five days, was opened by Reverend Alison Richardson, and was well-attended.

On the Saturday, lunch was available, and on the Sunday, cream teas. Food was provided by members of the Church, and organised by Brenda Fowler.

The Exhibition concluded with a presentation to Jenny by Brenda and Mary Nunn.

Jenny would like to thank all those who helped in any way, but especially Brenda Fowler, and Piers Howell, who is becoming expert at mounting pictures for exhibition.

The grand total raised for the Roof Appeal was £500.
