I was disgusted to find an empty cement bag containing human excrement and what looks like a pair of pants thrown onto my garden at the bottom of Buller Road in Kiddicott.

Had the public toilets at St Lawrence Green been open this probably would not have happened.

When I spoke to Mid Devon District Council (MDDC) they said the toilets had been closed down because there was no disabled access.

I have informed the environment health department at MDDC about the bag in my garden on August 24 and I’m still waiting for someone to pick it up.
