AGRIFEST South West is set to welcome a delicious new addition this year: the South West Food Village, bringing a fresh flavour to the region’s premier one-day celebration of prime livestock.

Held at Westpoint, Exeter on Wednesday, November 5, the event promises a vibrant showcase of agricultural excellence - and this year, culinary delights too.

The Food Village will feature 12 artisan producers from Devon, each offering a tempting array of locally crafted treats to sample and purchase.

From Flapjackery’s indulgent flapjacks to Gotland Gin, distilled to navy strength on a local farm in Devon, to a mix of delicious sheep, goat and cow’s cheese from Sharpham Cheese, visitors can expect a feast of flavours that celebrate the very best of the South West.

Agrifest is a free public event, open to all.

Whether you're keen to explore the sheep and cattle lines, watch top-tier livestock being prepped for the competition rings, or witness the crowning of champions as they receive their decorative sashes, there’s something for everyone.

And for food lovers, the live grill will be sizzling with sausages and steaks as a panel of expert judges selects the tastiest offerings in a mouthwatering “best in show” competition.

This year, why not graze your way through the new Food Village and tick off some early Christmas shopping while you’re at it?
